UMW Pollinator Walk Creates “Positive Buzz” 

maggie and signs2017 graduate Maggie Magliato leaves her legacy by launching the pollinator walk with the help of Marstel Day. With 5 signs placed strategically around campus, this project will educate UMW students, staff, faculty, and surrounding community members about the importance of pollinators and native plants. UMW Hosts F.O.R. “Wild  & Scenic Film Festival”

The Friend’s of the Rappahannock Wild & Scenic Film Festival was hosted in UMW’s Dodd Auditorium. Although no film was more than 30 minutes long, they allowed students and community members to join together to celebrate nature. For more information, click here!

UMW Recyclemania Shred Event

UMW Landscape and Grounds is hosting the UMW RecycleMania Shred Event again this year. Confidential documents for shredding will be collected on February 28, 2017.
